JOGA is a movement system made up of the benefits of yoga combined with the biomechanics of sport. JOGA improves concentration, decreases recovery time, and enhances athletic performance. JOGA is different than yoga because it involves a combination of dynamic and static stretching as opposed to the traditional long holds. The movements are intended to build muscle memory and balance joint stability/mobility with an increased range of motion, which in turn, helps prevent injury.

Andrea has worked with a wide range of athletes from football players to lacrosse players. Her most recent work includes summer programs for hockey players within the NHL, AHL, OHL, and GTHL.
